[BUG] GFZ Data Services logo is dragged down on smaller screen with open menu

Description

On small screens the buttons with Guide, help etc. are hidden in a menu, that can be opened by clicking the button on the right. Button and menu works file, but the GFZ Data Services logo is dragged down.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to ELMO
2. Make the screen slim
3. click the menu toggler
4. See the logo in the middle, not on top

Error(s)

The repositioning of the logo occurs because of the css class align-items: center;

It is centered not only horizontally (which is good), but also vertically (which is awkward)

Expected Behavior

GFZ Data Services logo stays in the middle horizontally and on top vertically. Folding or unfolding (toggling) the menu does not drag it down.

I cant reproduce this. Nevertheless, I think we need to agree on how small is small enough for testing. Since we dont have a use case for mobile phone use at the moment, we don't need to test on screen sizes below a certain size.
