Adapt generate_cpp_dummy_build.sh to TF-PSA-Crypto. This depends on Move certain "generate" scripts to the framework mbedtls-framework#91.
Update or add CMakeLists.txt in programs/test to build the cpp_dummy_build program.
Call programs/test/cpp_dummy_build in test_tf_psa_crypto_full_cmake_clang. Depends on Add components-configurations.sh #125.
