(1.21.10) radius not working and compass not finding structure

the compass used to work before but then it suddenly stopped working on my server i tried to reinstall it and try to change in the config but nothing happened, is there anything i can do?

SEEMS to be related to updating to the newer mc fabric loader 0.18.1 (for 1.21.10). If I roll back to the older .17.3(?) then it is working as expected

No idea what the fix is, doesnt seem to be anything on the local end besides using the older version of the loader
