Hello,
I was wondering if there might be an option in the future to append a temporary extension to the file name while it's ongoing recording. My problem is that I use a folder synced with a cloud app (Nextcloud in my case but could happen with others I guess) and the sync client fail to sync the .mp4 file while it's still recording (so the file is constantly changing). It could be solve by having a special extension for ongoing recording like .mp4.temp or .mp4.part (like done with torrent client), so I can instruct the sync app to ignore this extension and sync will only start once the recording is completed and name changed to .mp4.
An alternative solution would be to use a temporary folder for ongoing recording and moving the file to the final folder once completed.
Thanks for the support and for the awesome app.
