With extension version 0.1.29, Call Hierarchy works only one time after vscode is started.
A second try on Call Hierarchy doesn't update the function hierarchy view.
0.1.28 is working normally.

I've solved the problem. In src/hierarchies/hierarchy.ts#L25, change the following:

protected readonly onDidChangeEmitter: EventEmitter<IHierarchyNode> = new EventEmitter<IHierarchyNode>();
// tslint:disable-next-line:member-ordering
public readonly onDidChangeTreeData: Event<IHierarchyNode> = this.onDidChangeEmitter.event;

to

protected readonly onDidChangeEmitter: EventEmitter<IHierarchyNode|null> = new EventEmitter<IHierarchyNode|null>();
// tslint:disable-next-line:member-ordering
public readonly onDidChangeTreeData: Event<IHierarchyNode|null> = this.onDidChangeEmitter.event;

and then in src/hierarchies/hierarchy.ts#L95 change:

this.onDidChangeEmitter.fire(callNode);

to

this.onDidChangeEmitter.fire(null);
