This directory contains development history and provenance. These records are kept for review, reproducibility, and specification-driven independent implementation auditing. Library users normally need the documents in the parent documentation index instead.
- Design decisions: accepted variants, invariants, and implementation policies in contiguous decision-number order.
- Independent implementation record: references used, sources intentionally not consulted, task descriptions, and validation results in numbered Git action order. The documented process is not a legal guarantee.
- References: foundational standards and papers followed by a numbered implementation-reference ledger.
- Test-vector generation: generation policy and a numbered development ledger for hand-checkable and generated vectors.
