Change default branch to 7.x?

By convention, Islandora modules use 7.x as their default branch. Any reason Islandora Compound Batch should use master?

No. We should use the same pattern as core Islandora modules. Thank you for pointing this out.

Just thinking about this a bit. We should note in the readme that we're moving to use 7.x as of a certain date but keep master around and in sync with 7.x for a while, say two months or something. That way, sites have some time to make the transition.
