Add step for decimal

Would it be possible to add the steps to the decimals ? I would like to have 0.25/0.5/0.75 for example, with a step of 0.25.

+1. I have a form where I am capturing inches but only need the nearest quarter inch. Being able to increment the decimal so that the user can select quarter of inches would be tremendous.
