Searching 'Alaska' shows northern hemisphere extent

Not zooming to Alaska, instead shows northern hemisphere excluding Alaska

This is due to the geometry crossing the dateline, and a min zoom level that wont show a full global extent. @ljvillanueva, we may be able to fix this by comparing extents in a 0-360 projection vs -180-180 and picking the narrowest. The UI should be OK with longitudes in either format.
