# License Agreement

## 1. Definitions
- **“License”** means the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement regarding use, reproduction, and distribution of the Package.
- **“Package”** means the software files and materials distributed by the Author, unless otherwise specified.
- **“You”** (or **“Your”**) means an individual or legal entity exercising permissions granted by this License.

## 2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this License, You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Package solely for Your own servers.

## 3. Refund Policy
All payments are considered voluntary contributions to support the ongoing development of the Package.
**No refunds** will be issued under any circumstances.

## 4. Modifications
You may modify the Package only for **personal, non-commercial use**.
Any modifications intended for distribution, resale, or public availability require the **prior written consent** of the Author.

## 5. Redistribution Restrictions
- The Package may only be used on **Your own servers**.

## 8. Effective Date
This License shall become effective starting from the commit in which this file is generated, and shall remain applicable to all subsequent uses.
