reads_corrected.fa is empty

Hi I ran the below, which resulted in outputs for all of the intermediate files except the reads_corrected.fa file
Bcool.py -u cat_unmap.fq -t 15 -o Bcool
Any suggestions to why the final file is empty?

I've also attached my log files

logBcalm.txt

I also get empty output when the program reports having finished the corrections. I found that my problem was that I started with reads in FASTQ format and had to convert them to FASTA format before feeding them into the software and then it all worked fine.
