Use with caution, it breaks the phone system

After installing the release from here: https://github.com/xeddmc/terminal_systemizer/releases, as recommended in XDA forums.

I systemized 2-3 apps, and everything was fine, then I reverted one app back and it caused an infinite boot loop.
After fastbooting into recovery I noticed that the folders /system/app and /system/priv-app were deleted.

I have had an extremely similar issue with my OnePlus 6t Fagita.I had to wipe everything start from scratch. This is an extremely powerful tool and not for the beginner to mess around with. I assumed I inputted something incorrectly that I shouldn't have. Now that I see your post maybe it wasn't just me?!
