Please describe your issue.
need to be able to register users on the website

Describe the solution you'd like

Just take data from /api/v1/register and append it onto a json file
generate a user id
hash the password with salt and b2
also do the session cookie thing like [ARCADE BACKEND] access cookie for UI #44 and implement signin feature on web backend #46 so that registration doubles as signin
associate the user id with the session cookie somewhere in memory
