DA for YIBs after masking

Hi Jon!

Finally we made the common mask for all models. Now your get_global_mean_vars uses the common mask before calculating the means. Therefore your mean values are very much changed and you need to repeat DA. Please record new parameters as epa_opt in the test_helpers.py.
