Strange margins heights etc when scroll view doesn't have scroll #76
Description
Its weird but for settings where widget preview is with small height and the window has few settings - the scrollbar is missing. This causes some strange behavior of the controls, like making the dropdown excessive huge, this causes the number value of the slider to not be aligned.
When scroll appears it looks fine:
It feels like something from the framework, not mine issue.
Need to check this again after the completion of #73
