Make it possible to take full page screenshots starting from current scroll position

All needed information is already there. This allows users to skip whatever they want in front of a longer screenshot. This in theory also allows user to take screenshots from longer pages in "chunks" and merge them in their image processing application of choice.

This will be disabled by default as users most probably don't expect this behavior when requesting a "full page" screenshot.
