This plugin allows using bone meal to regrow a sheep’s wool, but I found a bug.
When holding more than 10 bone meal, each click on a sheep consumes one bone meal and the sheep regrows its wool as expected.
However, if I only have 1 bone meal in my hand, clicking the sheep will still make it regrow wool, but the bone meal is not consumed. The amount of bone meal does not decrease from 1 to 0 as expected.
This means players can effectively regrow wool infinitely at zero cost.
