Remove metal dusts #164

Description

@MarioSMB

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Metal dusts were a bit of a scourge of early modded Minecraft, with every tech mod under the sun adding a retextured redstone dust item for each metal to justify their ore doubling machines.
Create did what Create does best and replaced those dusts with something that fits both functionally and aesthetically; crushed raw ores.

Since Mojang changed ores to drop raw ores instead of the block (scaled with Fortune), the need for ore doubling is no longer there - as such, Create changed the crushed ore processing to be primarily for obtaining byproducts and experience nuggets.

Now, I think this mod is taking a step backwards by reintroducing metal dusts (both the "dirty" and regular forms);

  • Getting byproducts from dust is redundant with crushed raw ore washing
  • They're an excessive amount of item bloat per metal
  • It's more work for mods and modpack creators to provide support for this mod
  • Aside from the nice touch with bits of material poking out of the dirty variants, they are largely unappealing visually

Describe the solution you'd like

I believe the metal dust items should be removed entirely.
Crushed raw ore should instead be meltable in the foundry. Any byproducts are lost this way, which is fine; Create already provides a way to obtain them!
The primary benefit to crushing ores is to obtain the experience nuggets in this case.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't think there needs to be an alternative, these items are unnecessary and largely redundant with what Create already provides in such a tasteful manner with ore crushing!
Maybe it could be worth making it so the crushed ores don't produce slag when melted (possibly useful for automation)?

Additional context
As a long-time player of Tinker's Construct I am so happy to see a more user-friendly contender!
I'm hoping this bit of feedback will help make the mod a bit more of a refined and cohesive experience - everything else I've seen is a huge step in the right direction!
Thank you.
