[Create Fluid Logistics] Both Faucet types can't be placed, and break when on empty Industrial Crucibles

Describe the bug
Create Fluid Logistics's Faucet cannot be placed or break when on empty Industrial Crucibles.

I made an issue on Fluid Logistics for this problem here, but I think the issue is on your end.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Fluid Logistics
2. Attempt to place FL faucet on an empty crucible. (it will not place)
3. Attempt to place FL faucet on a crucible with any amount of fluid. (it will place)
4. Completely empty the filled crucible, and try to right click the faucet (the faucet will break)

Expected behavior
The FL faucet should remain functional and not break when placed on Crucibles.
