Revealing a folder note in the explorer hides the folder note, even when "Hide folder note" is disabled

Describe the bug

When the "Hide folder note" setting is disabled, folder notes still end up hidden after attempting to reveal them in the explorer via the builtin "Files: Reveal current file in navigation" command. The folder itself is highlighted, and the folder note gets hidden, with no way to reveal it again, even though "Hide folder note" is still disabled.

Steps to Reproduce
(Repro'd in a sandbox vault)

1. Disable the "Hide folder note" setting under the "File explorer" tab in the Folder Notes settings
2. Open a folder note; verify that it is visible in the explorer
3. Run the "Files: Reveal current file in navigation" command
4. Observe the folder has been highlighted and the folder note has been hidden

Expected behavior
The folder note (rather than the folder itself) is highlighted in the explorer, and remains visible
