Creating a new note and moving files into/between causes links in the Graph View to behave strangely #287

Description

Describe the bug
When you are adding content to a note, you can add links to files that do not exist yet. When you to finally create the note page, whether from graph view or the note itself, the graph auto updates and links all existing notes to the existing folder notes. Once you open the folder notes again, it seems to "refresh" the overview and remove the incorrect links for that folder note.

Steps to Reproduce
I was able to reproduce in the sandbox vault with only the default core plugins enabled + Folder Links
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a link inside an existing note to a note that does not exist yet
  2. Create the new note by either clicking on the link in the existing note or clicking on the "ghost" node in the graph

Expected behavior
New note creation should not effect the folder overview note links unless it is created within that folder

Screenshots
Image

As you can see in the screenshot, there is nothing that should be connecting "New Addition" to Test 1 and Test 2. "New Addition" was freshly created outside of any folder so it should not be connected to anything as it has no links nor is it in a folder with an overview
