Create new note inside folder note from inside a note

Currently, after right clicking an uncreated note, there are no Folder Note commands. It would be great to be able to create the note as a normal note inside the folder directly from inside the note.

Otherwise, currently I just have to go to explorer and right click the folder and then click to create the note and then name it appropriately and it does link up.
