Update vue-router to latest (OSOE-945) #80

vue-router v4 brought breaking changes that the module needs to be adapted to. See version details here and migration docs here.

  • Open an issue branch from the branch of Update dependency vue-router to v4 #79.
  • Fix any compatibility issues.
  • Use ConstantFromJson from Helpful Libraries instead of hard-coded versions in ResourceManagementOptionsConfiguration.
  • Remove the temporary "All packages" group from renovate.json5.

After merging the issue branch, the Renovate PR should close itself.
