Window is not scrollable

The content runs out of the window but I can't scroll.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open http://ivantomic.com/projects/ospnc/ in Firefox 35.0 or Safari 8.0
2. Enter a search query, e.g. "poet"
3. Wait for results
4. If you see 9 results, make the window smaller so that results disappear
5. Try to scroll

Expected behavior

I can scroll to see all results

Actual behavior

I can't scroll

Same problem here. For some reason, there is overflow: hidden on html and body tags:
