Add badge overlay graphic for level icons

Level Icons on littleBigPlanet have one recognizable (and unremovable) feature to them: a zipper going along the rim of the badge

i feel like with the upcoming earth view, an overlay for level icons adding the zipper in will be required

i have prepared a graphic for this: if you deem it unusable for our purposes, you may make your own

I also took the liberty of cooking up some mockups to see if this style of badge would even fit on refresh, and i'd say it works pretty well
