[Feature Request] Accessibility [a11y] Support

Having support for accessibility options will be great for people who need them.
Additionally, an accessibility menu would be appropriate for manual enabling/disabling the options.

Also, in such an instance, having the accessibility options being persistently saved will make life much easier for people who rely on a11y.

What kind of accessibility options are you thinking of ?

Things such as being able to call up (provided that a suitable program is installed) a screen reader, a zoomer, etc.

Also, though this also spills into the realm of security, a sort of face unlock could be great for people who can only use PCs via facial recognition, starting from normal webcams, and, if the hardware support is there, continuing over to eye trackers.

Why not, again for now web-greeter doesn't allow me do to such things, but for the future version this can be a great idea
