Add a BC view of stats/sections

My Sections gives current projects with Tabs for Reader View and PL View. At a glance I can see my PL projects, sections done and sections marked Ready for PL. Same for reader view -- All projects, sections read, assigned, PL OK, PL Notes. A BC tab that would show all current BC projects, and the status of sections -- assigned, PL OK, PL Notes would be so great.
