Weird Render Bug when teleporting?

SO I have the mod on a server with a few friends and a few other Mods. Sometimes (not always, maybe 50% of the time) when I use a teleporter I wont get teleported, but ever Block around me becomes invisible. I can see Particles etc and I can walk, but I'm not at my desired location. Relogging fixxes it, but sometimes needs  4 or more tries to get it going. Any idea why that could be?
