Request: Add the option to limit the teleport distance

I don't know how doable this is but I'd like to request an option in the config to limit the amount of blocks that a player can teleport. Like beyond 20 blocks or whatever number I specify, it just doesn't work. So then it could be used like an OpenBlocks elevator that works in any direction.
