Just a quick thought: if I hide a window, I do not want to see it. For example, I may not want to interact (nor tile) my music player, and hence have it hidden until I want to play, say, a new album. However, after tiling a window, tiling assistant will offer to tile hidden windows/apps.
Briefly describe how the feature should work
Never show windows that I have explicitly set to be hidden. Putting this behind an user-facing option might be nice, but then again, there already is an option that gets tiling assistant to show all windows (instead of just those of the current workspace), so adding another option feels redundant.
Also, my reasoning might be off! This is just something that occurred to me just now.
