Hi Kidev! Thanks a lot for publishing all this stuff.
I'm about to take the info from your Wiki regarding Power Score computation and use it to write an LTD2 Wiki article about it. To give something back to you, here's the LaTeX code for the formulae I'll be using on the wiki (might rename some of variables, but that's it).

Power Score of a player: $PS(p)$

Team ahead: $T_a$

Average power score of a team:
$$APS(T) = \frac{\sum_{p \in T} PS(p)}{|T|}$$

Average Team Power Score Difference:
$$ATPSD = |APS(T_a) - APS(T_b)|$$

Total Bounty on leading team
$$B = \frac{ATPSD * |T_a|}{6}$$

Power Score Lead: Player Power Score ahead of average of trailing team. This value cannot be negative
$$PSL(p) = max(PS(p) - APS(T_b), 0)$$

Total Power Score Lead: Total Power Score Above Average of Losing Team
$$TPSL = \sum_{p \in T_a} PSL(p)$$

Weight:
$$w = \frac{B}{TPSL}$$

Raw Bounty on a player:
$$RB(p) = w * PSL(p)$$

Bounty on a player:

$$B(p) =  \lfloor \frac{RB(p)}{25} \rfloor$$
