Cant open #2
Description
I am able to build the .sln project correctly. I then setup the files and folders the same way as the version you can download from lcpdfr.com. When I go to launch the game, nothing happens and rockstar launcher stops working. I then become required to restart my computer just to fix this issue. However it happens again as soon as I try to launch gta 4 again.
