Add METFilter "Flag_BadPFMuonDzFilter"

Add the METFilter named Flag_BadPFMuonDzFilter back into the list of METFilters checked.

For this, the data must be re-ntuplized (MiniAODv2 or higher). Previously, not the full list of METFilter results was checked (there are two sets, not just one). The code is already fixed, only need to rerun the Tuplizer.
