Expand and simplify parallelisation of processes #129

Current situation and requested solution
There are currently execute_commands_parallel and getoutput_commands_parallel that do not support various features
To be done after
- implement changes where needed
Steps
- submit command from different folder
- store output in file
- unify execute and getoutput
- improve documentation
- allow spawn of shell commands as well as python functions
