What

The initial version with core dns, wont use the plan code. So we are excluding health checks from the initial version as this feature makes heavy use of the plan code to remove endpoints etc

We want to support health checks with core dns. So with this issue we want to dive in and see how that can be achieved and whether we can use the plan code with the core dns implementation
