Disable all networks' switch to Manage Networks page

Currently, users have to manually enable/disable each network individually in the Manage Networks page.
This becomes inconvenient when users want to quickly disable all networks at once.

Problem

• No option to disable all networks in a single action

• Users must manually toggle each network → time-consuming & poor UX

• Not efficient, especially when the number of supported networks is large

Goal

• Add a "Disable all networks" switch to the Manage Networks page to allow users to quickly turn off all networks with a single action.
