Remove the Crowdloans tab

With the introduction of Agile Coretime on Polkadot and Kusama, crowdloans have been deprecated.

The funds used to participate in previous crowdloans will remain locked until the corresponding slot lease expires; however, there will be no slot auctions or crowdloans in the future.

-> Plz remove the Crowdloans tab from SubWallet on all platforms

I've successfully removed the Crowdloans tab from all platforms.
Changes Made:

• Removed Crowdloans tab from Web UI tab bar
• Removed Crowdloans tab from Extension UI tab bar
• Removed Crowdloans from Web UI side menu
• Removed Crowdloans from Extension UI settings
• Removed all Crowdloans routes
• Commit is GPG verified

Status:

• PR created and ready for review
• Waiting for CI build to complete
• Waiting for maintainer review

After discussing with our devs, we've decided not to merge your pull request, as the branch you're trying to merge is the wrong one (it should be the dev branch, not the master branch. Additionally, there are a few internal considerations on our side that affect how we should handle this issue.

Really appreciate you taking the time and effort to work on this. For now, we'll have someone on our team take over and complete the remaining work for the issue.
