Add Cardano Preview Network

Currently, SubWallet does not support the Cardano Preview network, which is widely used by developers for testing upcoming Cardano features before they reach preprod or mainnet. This makes it difficult for developers to test cross-chain integrations and tooling workflows in an environment that closely mirrors future mainnet changes.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add Cardano Preview Network as an available network option (similar to other supported test networks), allowing developers to easily switch to it for development, testing, and validation purposes.

Key details:
Network name: Cardano Preview
Network type: Testnet

Additional context

The Preview network is commonly used in the Cardano ecosystem to test features ahead of wider testnet and mainnet releases. Supporting it would improve the developer experience and encourage broader experimentation and cross-ecosystem development.
