[Energy Web X] Enable support for stEWT transfers

SubWallet is currently disabling stEWT transfers on the wallet with the error "This feature is not working with this token". This is due to the wallet currently setting isDisableTransfer metadata for the token.

-> Please enable support for stEWT transfers by calling Transfer extrinsic.
