[Subtensor EVM] Add support for some alpha tokens

Please add support for alpha tokens on Subtensor EVM.

Note: The support list includes only alpha tokens that correspond to the already-supported xAlpha tokens on #634

Actual result: The fee can sometimes be edited and sometimes cannot be edited, even when using the same RPC.
