Error on npm run bootstrap

I'm not very familiar with lerna, but I think this is some kind of lerna error? Because this plugin should be built and linked from here? Because that package is deprecated on the npm registry and doesn't have that version published.

Nevermind, my fault
I had previously tried manually changing the version of those internal packages to match the npm registry published version
Removing my changes allowed the bootstrap command to work
