How do I can checkout local git changes?

I have collection connected to 'custom' git repo. Doing any local changes in Designer tab, then pressing 'pull' button, but changes from remote repo wont shown. Any ability to perform git checkout . command manually? Tryed to inspect DevTools console for any useful globally-accessible objects like GitVCS but has no luck. If anyone has similar problem please share your exp
