Grunt or Gulp should be used to compile the sources in the repository. The output should be placed in a dist directory as most of the libraries do.

Note: grunt-build branch cannot be used because the targeted Grunt version is 0.3.

- The template aggregateTemplate.html is not included in the kg
  namespace as the rest of the templates - using default before
  the template name. Consider renaming it when a major
  version is released.

- Remove unnecessary comments to simplify build script

Closes #300
