fix(mobile): correct Estonian Security Agent, query error and spend alert copy (#9466)

Value-level edits to the Estonian catalog, reviewed against the screens each
key renders on:

- queryError and dashboard status titles drop the terminal period the
  canonical headings and their Estonian siblings do not carry.
- The analysis states describe reachability of the affected feature instead
  of using a feature already labelled vulnerable.
- One dismiss term (kõrvale jäetud) and one "existing findings" term
  (varasem) across the analysis states, audit events, automation toggle and
  queued confirmations.
- Eligible findings are described as eligible for remediation rather than
  compliant with requirements.
- dueThisWeekDetail is count-neutral, so the count-1 variant is grammatical.
- Supersession copy names the current record rather than a newer one.
- One "security service" compound, and actionBlocked keeps the retry clause.
- The SLA notification heading parallels the new-finding heading; the draft
  PR badge names a PR opened as a draft.
- Spend alert copy names the account or organization scope the screen shows
  instead of a region.
