Typology of search for "SPIR-V"

In current docs site, searching in the spec component for "spir-" returns plausible results. Searching for "spir-v" returns much the same list - but the rendered fragment adds an extra "V" in the description so it shows "SPIR-VV".

In this case it's not the actual results returned that are the issue, but how they're displayed. I don't know if this is specific to "SPIR-V" as a search term or more widespread.

Also in the first search, the same "SPIR-V Extensions" fragment shows up twice, with an extra underscore added to the first one.
