License clarification for assets/gold and assets/scenes/Buggy folders

Hi,

We are packaging Vulkan-Samples in our Yocto BSP and are doing a license audit of the installed assets, but we found two cases where the licensing is unclear:

assets/gold/ — no LICENSE file found
assets/scenes/Buggy/ — no LICENSE file found

Could you clarify what license applies to these two folders? Are they covered by the top-level Apache-2.0 license of the repository?

Not a lawyer, so @marty-johnson59 might need to check with Khronos legal, but:

• assets/gold/ contains reference images that we did, so it should fall under the repos top-level license
• assets/scenes/Buggy/ was taken from the now archived glTF sample assets repo and never had a proper license. The only info I could find on that is this:
  "The models mentioned here (Buggy, 2CylinderEngine) do not have licenses that are suitable for continued use. No additional work will be done on these. This issue will be closed by 27 November."
