Copy icon moving with the page instead of being 'sticky'

On this page I noticed that when I scrolled to the right
The copy icon scrolled also so that way it ended up in the middle of the page
However, the 'copy' text, which did the actual copying stayed in the corner

I suggest that you put the copy icon under the toolbar class, make the class always visible, and make the copy text a tooltip that only appears when you hover over the icon

Edit: I realized that you already do the tooltip so I think you should just move the icon to the toolbar and get rid of the copy text

Edit2: Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to this link
2. Scroll down to the docker compose file
3. If you need to, drag in your window so that way you activate, overflow:scroll or overflow:hidden whichever it is
4. Scroll sideways on the docker compose and take note of the copy icon
