[Kavita] Setting to Override Base Reading Speed

It'd be a nice additional feature (optionally) override the base reading speed used for time calculations, on a per-user setting level.

ie) Be able to enter in a custom "Words Per Minute" (or other appropriate unit) reading speed, to replace the default used for time calculations, if desired.

While the default reading speed is probably okay for most users, long time readers who can move through books quickly (also most likely to be the kind of users who would use this software) will find the estimates pretty far off. I'm in favor of having this a configurable value so it can be more closely tuned to the user.
