Duplicate checker needed

A new script is needed to check if a song is a duplicate of an existing collection. This is especially handy when adding a large number of new songs to an existing collection.

• exact duplicates with minimum required song assets being identical. (.txt and files referenced in MP3)
  • songs which are identical, but do have other references which are either missing from the library version or where the quality is worse than the new file. (eg. hi-res video opposed to stamp size video.)

There's more criteria to detect how much of a duplicate a new song is, but I need to think a lot more about formal criteria for evaluation.
