The purpose of sharing data is:
1> a predetermine list of user attributes or actions that must be supplied by the user or at the user's request.
2> best established in the context of the ecosystem where the transactions occurs (financial, medical, etc.)
3> organizations that operate within each ecosystem are encouraged to create a consensus standard taxonomy of purposes.
4> the title of each purpose is understood by the vast majority of people with a target of anyone with at least an 8th grade education.
5> When the purpose is completed, the data provided will be destroyed in the absence of any ongoing relationship between the parties that permits the retention of data.
6> The purpose may include the sharing of data with third parties, only when that is clear to the user.
